 Growing a hot meal on a banana leaf adds nutrients to the food, which is good for the body. Eating banana leaves removes problems like spots, itching, acne and blisters. Banana leaves are high in "epigallocatechin gallate" and "polyphenols antioxidants" such as EGCG. It is through these leaves that you get antioxidants.
