How To Make Manchow soup
Manchow soup
ingredients: -
* 1 cup chopped cabbage
* 1 cup of capsicum
* Grate carrots 2 nos
* Beans 1/2 cup
* Chop onion (white part) 1/2 cup
* Finely chop ginger-garlic
* Pepper vertically chopped seeds
* Cornflower 1 tbsp
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
* 1 tsp vinegar
* Shejwan breath 1 tsp
* 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* Salt to taste
* Vegetable stack or 4 cups of water
* Oil 1 tbsp
* 1/2 cup fried Chinese noodles
Action: -
First heat the pan and add oil. Then add ginger, garlic and chilli and fry. Then add onion and all the vegetables one by one and fry. Don't be too soft. Keep it simple.
Now add salt, pepper and vinegar, Shejwan breath, Soya breath. Add vegetable stack on it. While it is boiling, add cornflower paste in half a cup of water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Finally remove the prepared soup from the bowl and while serving, add the fried noodles on top and serve hot.
Tips: -
* Vegetables should be chopped very finely and long.
* Better if there is a vegetable stack. The soup becomes more nutritious.
* Noodles are optional. Get ready. Or boil Chinese noodles in hot water, remove the water and fry the cold noodles in oil.
* You can take vegetables and quantity as per your liking
