For this mixer , four more loaves should be kept the night before.

In the morning, turn the bread out of the mixer.

In a large bowl, take out the bread crumbs, add two cups of buttermilk or one cup of curd, one cup of water, mix a little and add it. Add a cup of milk.

Add one teaspoon of salt and three to four teaspoons of sugar.

This amount depends on how sour the buttermilk or yogurt is. Let's try it.

Add one teaspoon of mango pickle.

Heat four tablespoons of oil in a small frying pan and add a lot of cumin seeds and one and a half teaspoon of asafoetida. Turn off the heat and add three teaspoons of chilli pickle. There is a lot of noise. Once the chilies are fried, spread them on the bread crumbs and mix well again. Add curry leaves if you like, it tastes even better.

Cover and simmer for ten minutes.

Until then, if kala is swollen, add a little buttermilk and milk again as required.

Finally add a lot of finely chopped cilantro and eat this mixer.
